About Our Finances
December 8, 2008
Let’s face it. In an economy like this, it is hard to raise resources to keep a non-profit in business. That is why it is all the more amazing that United Cerebral Palsy’s NUMBER 1 source of contributions comes from the families we serve. During the 2007-08 Fiscal Year, UCP families contributed $572,338 in durable medical and adaptive equipment alone. The families we serve are not wealthy — far from it — but they know that we all have to share what we have and work together, especially when times are difficult.
